Children’s Theater Camp
Theater camp flyer We are very excited to announce that, with support from the Woodcock Foundation for the Appreciation of the Arts, we are able to offer a one week children's theater work camp. Bright Star National Children's Theatre Company will be sending two actor/educators to lead the camp. The dates are July 18 through July 22 from 9 am to 3 pm at the 1806 Elias (212-214 S. 5th Street). On the final day, the children will present a public performance at 3 pm to show off their newly learned theater skills. During the week, the children will learn about scripting, character development, acting, directing, design and more. The cost is $100 for the week. Children should bring their own lunches with their names marked on them. This is best suited to children approximately second through sixth grades. Registration is limited to 30 children.
